Which teams are going to make the playoffs this year?

NHL.com is tracking the teams that will make the postseason in the 2015-16 season, and it’s pretty obvious which teams will be looking for a championship in 2016-17.

Here’s how we rank each team in terms of their chances of making the postseason this season, based on our latest data.

They won their second Stanley Cup in 2017.

The Maple Leafs finished the season with a 58-29-8 record and made the playoffs for the second straight year.
